Good progress on new retaining walls.
Camex Civil is on the job in Wily Terrace following the interruption caused by Alert Levels 3 and 4. The work to stabilize the roadway, footpaths and adjacent slopes in Wily Terrace and Acacia Bay Road is being carried out to provide a long-term solution to slips that have occurred in the area and has a budget of $1 million.
Project involves construction of six retaining walls including three timber cribs walls, two steel post walls and one MSE Duramesh retaining wall in Acacia Bay Road and Willy Terrace alongside Lake Taupo.
The first Timber Crib Wall has just been completed and the client is happy with the progress as we move through the project.

This 25 Lot residential subdivision included earthworks, three-waters infrastructure including 620m of stormwater upto DN 675 RCRRJ Pipework and DN 2400 manholes, stormwater retention pond and outlet with reno rock mattresses, 565m of water reticulation DN 50 PE rider main and DN 150 PE watermain, 202m of Sewer DN 150 uPVC pipework, pipe bridge across swamp, roadmaking and landscaping.
