About us

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT AND SUPPORT

To ensure that we leave the community better than we found it through the work that we do, Camex Civil has a culture of giving. We ensure that we leave the community better than we found it through the work we do. We cultivate a strong resilient community, we strive to build strong links with local iiwi, Pasifika community and business networks.

Our people regularly donate their time to local causes and initiatives. We provide financial support, skills and resources to a wide range of organisations that are strengthening our communities. Through our partnerships we support wellbeing, diversity, the environment, education and innovation.

We recently supported the following

Sponsored the Camex Big Whackers business house cricket team. Five Camex Staff members are on the team and we were proud to see them take out the local twilight cricket comp of 2020
Sponsored the Leamington Rugby Club Fishing Comp
Carried out the excavation and site work for the Hautapu School
Laid the new basecourse for cobble areas at the Eureka school
Donated a bike to Goodwood School
Donated timber for boardwalks for the Tangahere Manganauni trust
Donated a new Gazebo to Taupō park run
Greening Taupō ( community planting )

We actively seek to diversify the organisations we support, with a focus to support additional causes in throughout the Waikato.
