On-going Improvement and Training

Camex Civil aims to support employees to achieve ongoing personal and professional development for the betterment of business outcomes, staff motivation and wellbeing. We understand that successful long-term business

Our current Initiatives include

  • Operator Competency and Training - on an annual basis for machine operation competency, via independent consultant
  • External Training Courses through Connexis for Drainage and Water Reticulation Qualifications
  • Leadership Development Programme
  • Employer-Led Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (EWLN) Programme. Get RIPPED and Get RIPPED to Lead Courses.
  • Cadetships in conjunction with Te Puni Kōkiri and MSD. Target Intake 6 cadetships per annum.
  • Apprenticeship Programme, currently we have some 11 apprentices in training.
