Staff gym

We're dedicated to supporting our teams physical and mental wellbeing. Our Cambridge headquarters features a state-of-the-art gym, with brand new equipment, and round-the-clock access for staff. All at no cost, regardless of how long you have been at Camex. This enables our team to get a workout in when it suits them, whether that's 12am or 12pm, and fit it around their work schedule and lifestyle.

Social club

Open to all employees, our social club is a great way to meet people you may not work with every day. Those that opt in put forth a weekly contribution from their wages, which Camex matches dollar for dollar. Every few months the club puts forward ideas for events, sports games, festivals, tournaments etc, and it’s organised for the club to go along.

Sports teams

Many of our staff have a love of sport and have put together teams for touch rugby, bowls, golf etc - both social and competitive leagues, so whether you're just in for a bit of fun or reckon you can kick it like Beckham, there's something for everyone.

Charity support

We get together with our team to support many different causes and days throughout the year, including (but not limited to!) Pink Shirt Day, Mental Health Awareness Week, Movember, and Daffodil Day.
