This project involved construction of a stormwater diversion on Crown Road in Taupo. The scope of works comprised earthworks to stabilise escarpment and adjacent retention pond, a new DN560 PE pipe down a steep embankment with seismic restraints and large anchor blocks, installation of DN1800 manhole and various-sized RCRRJ stormwater pipework across Crown Road and connection into the existing network.
