The Bunnings Warehouse Hamilton South project, initiated by Livingstone Builders, aimed to prepare a site for a new Bunnings retail store on Kahikatea Drive.

PROJECT SCOPE

The scope included earthworks, construction of a building pad, installation of three-waters infrastructure (drainage trenches, underground water tanks, stormwater retention tanks), and the addition of a carpark.
