PROJECT OVERVIEW

Taupō District Council (TDC) has engaged Camex Civil to deliver civil siteworks for Stage 1A of the East Urban Lands project. This phase will create 62 new housing lots near the CBD, off Tauhara Ridge Drive, as part of a larger plan to develop 600 new homes.

PROJECT SCOPE

The scope of works for Stage 1A includes constructing internal roadways, footpaths, and vehicle crossings. Additionally, new wastewater and stormwater drainage systems, streetlights, and utilities will be installed to support the new residential area.

COMMUNITY BENEFITS

This project will provide much-needed affordable housing options for the Taupō community, fostering a stronger community and strengthening the local economy.
