PROJECT OVERVIEW

Thames-Coromandel District Council contracted Camex Civil to undertake a comprehensive pavement rehabilitation project on Ferry Road in Hikutaia. The project was to rejuvenate the existing pavement, ensuring a defect-free surface with improved ride quality and effective stormwater drainage.

PROJECT SCOPE

The project encompassed extensive pavement works, including stabilisation, surfacing, and road marking. Significant earthworks and drainage improvements are also integral components to the rehabilitation effort. These comprehensive measures are designed to address both surface level issues and underlying structural concerns, ensuring a thorough and lasting upgrade to Ferry Road.
