PROJECT OVERVIEW
The Haultain Estate project involved the construction of a 61-lot residential subdivision in Kihikihi.
PROJECT SCOPE
Significant earthworks excavated and formed lots, with over 80,000m³ cut to fill for ground improvements. Extensive three waters installation, including 5100m of pipework, retaining walls, pavements (up to 1950m² concrete), and environmental controls were carried out.
COMMUNITY BENEFITS
By completing the project, new residents gain access to modern infrastructure in the area without any disruptions.
