PROJECT OVERVIEW
Northview Development approached us with a project to create a 450-500 lot multi-stage residential development in Peacocke, Hamilton, to support the cities growing population.
PROJECT SCOPE
The scope of works for this project included 170,000M3 of bulk earthworks and stabilisation, the construction of retaining walls and installation of up to 1366m of stormwater infrastructure, including sewer lines, water reticulation, values, fittings, hydrants, and lot connections.
COMMUNITY BENEFITS
The completion of this project helps address Hamilton's growing population needs by providing much-needed housing supply. The project also includes substantial infrastructure updates that will benefit the wider community.
