PROJECT OVERVIEW

Titanium Park Development Ltd initiated this project to transform land surrounding Hamilton International Airport into an industrial park. Stage 3 focused on developing the Western Precinct, aiming to create a thriving business hub that capitalises on the airport's strategic location and boosts the region's economic growth.

PROJECT SCOPE

The scope primarily encompassed extensive earthworks, including clearing, surface drainage, excavation, filling, topsoiling, and grassing. Environmental controls, such as erosion mitigation measures, were also integral to the project.
