PROJECT OVERVIEW

In August 2020, Camex installed upgrades to Tūrangi’s Wastewater Treatment Plant. It marks a significant effort to modernise and improve the wastewater management infrastructure in the Taupō District.

PROJECT SCOPE

The scope of the project included realignment of the old wastewater line, decommissioning of the old step screen and installation of a new one, and a new chemical unloading bay. The upgrade required careful planning and execution to seamlessly transition from the old infrastructure to the new.
