PROJECT OVERVIEW

This purpose of this project was to install a new entrance and driveway, along with a new sewer line for a new pensioner housing development at the intersection of Shakespeare and Thompson Streets in Leamington. The works were crucial for providing essential infrastructure to support urban growth in the area.

PROJECT SCOPE

The project encompassed earthworks to complete the entrance and driveway, along with significant drainage works for the water main installation and connecting the sanitary sewer to the Council main.
